Our story

We have over 35 years of experience in maritime (technical) functions on board and ashore. As a tugboat captain, Mr. Jeroen van Tussenbroek still regularly sails in and between the seaports. We saw in practice how difficult it is to find good maritime personnel. We have taken up the challenge of finding good personnel for maritime and technical companies by establishing Easycrew. 

Easycrew is founded January 2014. Our company is based in the Netherlands and has two divisions. On one side we have the crewing department fully focused on the towage industry, and on the other side we have the permanent staffing division for shorebased maritime personnel.

Our people understand the maritime and technical sectors like no other. We speak the language in these 24/7 sectors and have fully aligned our services to the need of many companies to have the right people, resources and materials in the right place (at sea or on shore) within a short period of time. We only have one ambition: more than 100% customer satisfaction.
